Our Story
AML Home Loans started in 2017, when Kundan Singh decided Kiwi homebuyers deserved better than a one-size-fits-all conversation with a single bank.
Before AML, Kundan ran small businesses of his own — including restaurants, and for a time, driving a taxi — so he's sat on the other side of the table when a bank's decision changed the course of a family's plans. That's the lens we still bring to every application: understanding what a lender is actually checking, and making sure your file is presented right the first time.
Today our team is licensed nationwide (FSP 714331) and works with a panel of 20 banks and non-bank lenders — matching clients with the lender who actually fits their situation. We've settled 200+ mortgages since 2017, and most of our new clients still come from referrals.
